The 3 piece outfit

Hi guys! I call this outfit the 3 piece outfit and the concept is simple. Pick three things,keep at least one of them basic and at least one of them needs to be  a statement piece. This concept is for those days where you don't have time to carefully put together an outfit and it works every time (well for me it does lol)

In this post,my three pieces were a body con midi dress which I made,a black quilted leather jacket and black spiked platform boots. I kept the colours dark because as i said before,I'm going through a Kanye West faze lol I'm in love with the length and fit of this dress and will definitely be making and buying more in different colours.

Hi guys! This post shoulda been up days ago but i've just been a lil lazy busy this week. Anyway....this is what I wore earlier in the week. It's very Kanye West inspired. I'm really loving his dark leather loving ways at the moment and considering the weather in London lately has been so...blahhh I wanted to dress accordingly. (I know,i know, i don't look appropriately dressed for the weather in these pics but I had a big cape on when I was outdoors)

The tricky thing about wearing lots of different pieces in the same colour is the risk of looking boring or of all the details of each piece being lost. Therefore I mixed different textures of black so that each piece stands out and although its all the same colour,the detail is not missing. My red hair and lips give the outfit a pop of colour so it doesn't look so dull.

This has got to be one of my favourite looks of all time.What do you guys think?

Clashing prints

Hiiii guys! oh my I feel like I haven't blogged in ages. Ive started at my new uni now and I'm loving it! But unfortunately that means less posts. well i'll try blogging from my iphone but it just doesn't seem the same. Boo

 

Anyhooo...this is what I wore to uni today. I was in a rush so i kept it simple but somehow I still ended up looking dressed up lol I paired these studded leggings I bought about two years ago with a basic t shirt and green printed blazer. To make the outfit more interesting,I clashed the print of my blazer with the black and white print of my clutch. I topped it all off with some killer heels.
